The latest instalment of Palladium's 'Dreaming of Explorations' series comes in the form of the 'OVERLAB' style with a brand new visual portraying the idea of true exploration.

A true sense of freedom and creativity always runs through Palladium’s ethos. Their ‘Dreaming Of Explorations’ is certainly no different, if anything, they are shining a light on how creativity runs throughout the world.

The three-part ‘Dreaming of Explorations’ series follows three different filmmakers who each create and document their interpretation of what exploration means to them in either their home city or somewhere that feels like home to them. As home always doesn’t have to be a place, but can certainly be a feeling.

The ‘OVERLAB’ style sees filmmaker Tyler Palmer turn his lens to the series. After being instructed to bring the new Palladium style to life, Palmer visits four cities that are close to his heart and documents the world around him through his unique and inspiring technique of videography.

The sense of exploration has always been close to Palladium’s heritage and heartland as the original bootmaker for the historic French Legionaries over 70 years ago. This new series re-visits the brand’s explorative roots but through a 21st-century lens that further defines what exploration really means in today’s fast-paced urban environment.

The ‘OVERLAB’ collection brings the brand’s rebellious spirit to the 21st century. Heavy slogan labelling and statement logos are featured across the outer textile upper with the upper crafted from soft ballistic mesh and the base sole of the boot created using Lite-Tech materials to create a modern re-vamp of the original ‘Uniform of the People’.
