New Jersey rapper Mudrigo has dropped his new track "Tears".

Boasting a heart-stopping rhythm, eerie, high-pitched harmonies clash with a brooding bass as Mudrigo raps swiftly and hypnotically.

“This composition is a continuation of HOOD and me battling with the ties I have with my environment,” Mudrigo details, “me reflecting what has made me who I am and pursuing what I want to become; while not trying to fall victim to early life decisions made as a youth”.

Mudrigo, whose real name is Rah’Meik Bowman, began his musical journey where many greats have before him – Soundcloud – Mudrigo’s freestyles ignited a buzz in his hometown. His talent caught the attention of local promoters, who landed him a slot opening up for fellow South Jersey artist Mir Fontaine. His slick 2021 debut, “Hood” accrued 1 million views on YouTube and 500k streams on the single itself.

“Tears” may only be Mudrigo’s second single to date but it’s definitely the start of somethingp promising.
