Producer-writer duo, SUPER-Hi, follow up their hit "Following The Sun" with new single "Told You So".
Bournemouth-hailing writer-producers George Tizzard and Rick Parkhouse, who have been previously known as Red Triangle, know how to make a hit, having worked their magic on Yungblud, KSI, David Guetta, Charlie Puth, James Arthur and 5 Seconds of Summer amongst others. This year, the duo launched a new artist project, SUPER-Hi, and released viral hit “Following The Sun”. After many remixes and acoustic versions, and a collab with Matoma, SUPER-Hi are back with a new single, “Told You So”.
The pair said: “To write awesome things about things that are awesome (to steal a Chris Martin sentiment). ‘Following The Sun’ was all about a journey and ‘Told You So’ is all about the destination. It’s about excess, carefree living, the party, and the moment with friends and loved ones that we haven’t been able to be with in a very long time. We hope people love it as much as we do.”
It’s been an immensely successful year for SUPER-Hi. They’ve racked up an incredible 150 million streams for their hit tune “Following The Sun”, certified Gold in Australia, New Zealand, Germany and Austria. Currently the track is climbing the Top 40 in the US Radio.
Let’s hope that “Told You So” keeps edging the duo ever more towards greatness.
