Following an effervescent debut single, KAT return with the electro-funk jam “MerciJean”. Lifted from their forthcoming EP, ‘Katalogue n°1’, the Brussels-based outfit are going from strength-to-strength, transcending style and setting listeners free.

“Annie’s Tune” by DARGZ

“Annie’s Tune” is the new, soul-influenced jam from London based New York native DARGZ. Blurring the lines between funk and hip-hop, the track brings his heritage to the capital’s rich jazz scene, where he’s collaborated with stars like Moses Boyd and Yussef Dayes.

Undiscovered? Well, not for long if you’re bar italia. Their debut album, ‘Tracey Denim’, came out today. Packed with sluggish shoegaze and wispy post-punk, the three piece continue to unassumingly make an impact on British music and it doesn’t seem like they'll be stopping anytime soon.

This jungle roller from Swedish duo Deki Alem will have you fiending for a rave over the weekend. Impossible to put in a box, the twins drive an uncompromising energy throughout their productions; “Shadowman” is no different.

“Sonder” by Closet Yi

Selected by Peggy Gou for her new Gudu Records’ compilation, “Sonder” is a meandering techno wobbler packed with celestial goodness. Closet Yi is one of many rising South Korean stars who’s making an impact over here with their progressive productions.

“I don’t care” by Theodor Black

Theodor Black’s slurry, baritone delivery slides across “I don’t care's” equally drowsy beat with a passive finesse. Wandering through his thoughts and delivering them in a digestible manner, the rapper candidly calls out his anxieties.

“Stick Dat” by Frozemode

London-based alternative rap trio Frozemode have a chip on their shoulder on “Stick Dat”. Hard-hitting bars and an angsty beat combine for a thought-baring listen, which sees the band leave everything on the table.

“Stress Me Out” by Gracie Convert

“Stress Me Out” is another raw and honest track from Gracie Convert, who’s showing her versatility with every release that goes by. The British-French artist is also a DJ on Soho Radio and regularly hits London’s clubbing circuit.

“Tongue Tied” by ili

Multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter ili is “Tongue Tied” on her latest single. Born and raised in Glasgow, the artist’s music is beginning to transcend Scotland’s borders and make an impact globally.
