Discover indie band Mosa Wild, the group that have just been announced as one of Virgin Money's Emerging Stars!
British indie outfit, Mosa Wild, are the latest set of musicians to be highlighted by Virgin Money’s Emerging Stars programme.
The exciting initiative was set up to amplify some of the UK’s best and up-and-coming musical talent from across the industry and support them to achieve their goals. “The programme will help us do what we need to do during these difficult times. It means that we can reach a much wider audience with our music,” the band said. Mosa Wild are planning to use their Virgin Money bursary development fund for touring in the future.
Comprised of Jim, Alex, Edwin and Charlie, Mosa Wild already have high profile support slots already under their belt with artists like Tame Impala and Jade Bird. Their debut single “Smoke” from 2017 has clocked up millions of streams to date.
Describing their music as “cinematic, alternative, indie”, Mosa Wild draw comparisons to The National and Marsicans. With their sights set on London’s legendary venues – Alexandra Palace and O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire – this band are going places, and fast.
