Bluesy-Folk singer-songwriter Dirt Miller dives deep into his American roots and releases new track “Roll The Dice” about taking gambles in life.

Tapping into the folk and blues tradition of his motherland, American musician Dirt Miller unveils his latest single “Roll The Dice” alongside accompanying visuals set in the deserted ghost town of Rhyolite. Tracking Miller with his guitar against the backdrop of the harsh Nevada desert, the barren landscape provides a fitting setting to complement Miller’s raw vocal performance and dynamic string work. A town that was once rife with gambling and prostitution, Rhyolite remains frozen in time, providing a glimpse into how the small mining community lived over a century ago.

Melding together blues, folk, rock and country, Miller concocts a medley of genres that results in a sound that is vulnerable, authentic and uniquely his own. Drawing on his personal experiences to create his art, Miller’s music is a diary of how he navigates his way through life in a bid to survive physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Speaking on the new track, Miller sums it up succinctly: “This song is about gambling with your life. We Roll The Dice and we never know what we are going to get!”
