N-Dubz, Berna, Br3nya and a host of big name DJs celebrated the launch of Notion 93 last week at Hackney’s EartH.

London’s sweltering conditions did nothing to stop guests from celebrating the launch of Notion 93, as EartH Hackney turned into a sweatbox of underground sonics last week. Headlining the bill, UK music legends N-Dubz brought their a-game for a set of ‘00s classics and a taste of the greatness to come on their forthcoming album, ‘Timeless’. Dappy crowd surfed his way around the venue, hanging from its scaffolding, while Fazer and Tulisa skanked long into the evening.

Rising rapper Berna showed why he is one of the country’s most exciting prospects, proving his worth as a performer with an arsenal of modern day hits. Similarly, Br3nya’s undeniable stage presence and dexterous rhyme schemes delivered a highlight, as the crowd applauded rapturously to her Afro-led rap.

Holding down the decks were Cloud X’s JOJO and Foundation FM presenter Kennedy Taylor. Testing the crowd with their unique blends of genre-spanning club music, the expert selectors had ravers two-stepping until the venue’s lights came on.

Drinks were provided by Jägermeister, who served up ice-cold cocktails for guests and artists alike. A club staple, the liqueur kept people partying all night, with an extensive menu of tipples to choose from.
