The Millennial Club make a triumphant return with new EP, 'When It’s Just You & I', as the group advocate for positive change.

Southern California-based The Millennial Group are a trio on a mission to make a positive impact on the world, one track at a time. In a project brimming with vulnerability, new EP ‘When It’s Just You & I’ tackles the uncertainty of love, broken promises, and how beauty can be found in small, intimate moments.

Formed in 2016 when singer / guitarist Andres Owens was joined by bassist and keyboardist Jared Ortiz, their guitarist/saxophonist Jake Stevenson was a late edition. Since then, they’ve gone from strength to strength, opening for the likes of Conan Grey and Charlotte Lawrence.

The new EP touches on a multitude of topics, all infused with the group’s 80s pop and 90s R&B inspired sound. Moving from upbeat to more reflective, tender tracks, the group hope to take listeners on a journey. Discussing their mission, guitarist and singer Andres describes: “When it comes down to it, I think that as artists, we all want to impact the world in some way, however big or small; the real reason we do what we do is because we can’t help but feel like we have to.”
