As part of a limited series, we get an AAA pass to LFWM. Last but not least, we go backstage at Bobby Abley.

When it comes to cartoons, characters and generally childhood nostalgia, Bobby Abley is your man. His collections have paid homage to Xtina, Star Wars and a never-ending list of Disney characters. For his latest outing, he’s turned his attentions to Pokemon.

Finding a resurgence in recent years thanks to new iPhone app, Pokemon Go, the early Noughties favourite was given the classic Abley touch for his AW19 collection. Pokeballs, Pikachu and charmander were all featured across tracksuits, shirts and sweaters. The perfect merch for any ultra Poke-fan. The collection also featured infusions of leather and denim, with bright neon colours in hot pink and highlighter yellow. And of course, there was no one more apt to close the show than Pikachu himself.
