Daily Paper’s FW23 collection is filled with staple silhouettes and statement streetwear pieces, starring man of the moment Headie One.
Amsterdam-based label Daily Paper has caused quite a stir since stepping onto the streetwear scene in 2012. For its Fall/Winter 2023 collection, the globally adored brand has tapped Headie One for a cool, calm and collected lookbook.
Since rising to prominence at the beginning of Britain’s UK drill wave, Headie has established himself as one of the country’s most important voices. Few from the scene have experienced his astronomical trajectory, which has seen him collaborate with Drake and reach number one in the album charts. Known for his love of luxury fashion, the rapper captures Daily Paper’s premium essence in this lookbook, donning monogram two pieces and lavish dinner jackets.
Elsewhere, Headie’s seen wearing cosy tracksuit sets, comfy hoodies and ‘70s style leather jackets. Daily Paper has also collaborated with Mustafa Saeed: a Somali artist known for his keen explorations of socio-political issues including war, conflict and environment. In the collection, he illustrates his African homeland across stitched garments, broadening his artistic repertoire further.
