R&B songstress Gracie Convert breaks through societies expectations of beauty norms in her glistening new track 'Maybe'.

The British/French triple threat, Gracie Convert, does it all; singing, writing and producing as she effortlessly goes from good to great.

Gracie’s story reads like a musician already on the road. Having had a somewhat nomadic upbringing, growing up in South Africa, London, and France, she describes music as being the main constant in her life, and it definitely shows. Despite only releasing one single, which gained the attention of BBC Introducing and Spotify’s playlist editors, Gracie has already supported the likes of Jamie Isaac, Jerkcurb and Oscar WorldPeace. It’s clear that this is only the beginning.

Speaking on the inspiration behind Maybe, Gracie Convert revealed, “There is so much pressure on women to look and act a certain way, we’re taught that our value lies within our physical attractiveness and our ability to fit a certain stereotype, be sweet and play along, be fun, but not say too much.”

‘Maybe’ is vulnerable and raw track that everyone can relate to as Gracie’s sultry and honeysuckle vocals take you on the love story gone wrong. Get into your feelings below with Gracie Convert’s ‘Maybe’ below!
