21-year-old German artist Nina Chuba breaks through the airwaves with her fierce and fiery new single 'Power'.
After glistening as a child star in Germany at the age of eight, Nina Chuba began her trajectory into stardom as an actress in a TV show where she discovered her passion for music by playing the piano.
Fast forward over a decade and Nina Chuba is gearing up to step into her own spotlight with the release of her debut EP this year. ‘Power’, taken from the EP, shows a new side to Nina Chuba as her personality and attitude glistens in the track.
After moving to Berlin, Nina worked with some of the best creatives there where she discovered her sound is one that can’t be put into a musical box, and that’s how she likes it. Following on from her first singles ‘White Shirt’, ‘I Owe You Nothing’ and ‘Lips Shut’, Nina Chuba is certainly on a roll that shows no sign of slowing down as she effortlessly weavers from pop hooks, rap verses and electronic productions.
Describing the latest track, Nina Chuba revealed, “For most of my life, I felt underestimated by the people who didn’t really know me. What I didn’t know back then is that being in this position is one of the biggest competitive advantages you can have. If they don’t notice you, they can’t see you coming. My single ‘Power’ is about using that as my weapon.”
