Pop sensation Armaan Malik selects us 10Trax he's feeling at the moment, after sharing his whimsical new single, "Sleepless Nights".

"Rush" by Troye Sivan

I really love how Troye has used his pop sensibilities and merged them with this new-wave house that’s picking up right now. The amalgamation of these worlds and the topline is just incredible. This is something I would definitely bump and groove to every day.

"Love Like This" by ZAYN

I am a huge Zayn Malik fan and I love his voice. “Love Like This” is his comeback single in a way and I really love the song. It’s something that I play in the car when I go for drives and it really puts me in a good mood.

"Calm Down" by Rema, Selena Gomez

“Calm Down” is such a vibey song. It’s obviously one of the most popular tracks in the world right now and whenever I put it on, it always lights up the room or lights up my face and those around me. It's such a feel-good track and it truly uplifts me every time I hear it.

"Steal The Show" by Lauv

I've been following Lauv’s music for the longest time. I'm a huge fan of his sound, his songwriting and his style of pop music. “Steal The Show” is a return to his original sound. I really love how Lauv has used Indian elements throughout the track. It adds so much uniqueness and as an Indian artist myself, it's so heartwarming to see another artist from another country and not from our culture, use our sounds and make such an amazing pop track. I absolutely adore this song!

"That’s Not How This Works" by Charlie Puth, Dan+Shay

Charlie Puth is probably the most talented musician on this planet and I've been hugely inspired by him and the way that he makes music. I think “That's Not How This Works” is a beautiful record and I love how Charlie Puth has added country pop musicians like Dan and Shane to the mix, and made the song come to life in such a beautiful way. I think the lyrics are so emotional, but at the same time, the way the song has been produced doesn't let you go into a sad mood. It keeps you wanting to hear more, which I think is a beautiful thing. It's a great song, with beautiful writing and great lyrics.

"Dance The Night" by Dua Lipa

“Dance The Night” is an out-and-out Dua Lipa record. I love how she's been channelling this disco-pop genre for the last few years. This is one of the most fun tracks I have heard this year. No matter where I go, or which party I'm at, it's always a song I'm going to play to get me into a really joyful mood and dance the night away.

"Off My Face" by Justin Bieber

“Off My Face” is such an intimate song by Justin Bieber. Firstly, he has the most buttery vocals out there. I don't think anyone comes close to Justin Bieber's vocals and just the way he has rendered this track is incredible. I love the production, it's extremely minimal. There's just a guitar and Justin’s incredible vocals and I think that's the beauty of it. It reminds me of “Love Yourself” in some ways. This is definitely one of those tracks that I will keep listening to for a very, very long time.

"golden hour" by JVKE

JVKE is an artist that has been on the rise for a few years, especially during the pandemic. I saw his music on various platforms and I've taken a keen interest in his music and sound. “Golden Hour” is probably one of JVKE’s best works so far. It’s such a beautiful representation of his artistry and musical style and I love that he's used a really nice classical bed of piano underneath adding such a lush vocal arrangement. It just feels angelic in so many ways.

"People" by Libianca

“People” by Libianca has literally taken over India. At one point I think everyone was listening to that song. It's done incredibly well in other regions as well. But I've heard so much of this song and I think it's such a beautiful one. The writing is so relatable. I know a lot of people who really related to the lyrics and I love Libianca's rawness in her vocals. I think that's what speaks to me the most.

"Red Flags" by Mimi Webb

Mimi Webb is such a cool artist. I love her tone, especially on “Red Flags”. The production on this track is bang on. It’s so well done! It's one of those productions that I wish I had for myself. That's how great the track is. Huge props to Mimi Webb for putting it all together through her voice and tone.
