Still riding the waves off his inescapable worldwide hit "September Song", JP Cooper brings a fresh collaboration as his first release of 2019, "Sing With Me" featuring Norweigan-pop soul Astrid S.

No stranger to the stage, and with a shocking 530 million streams on spotify alone JP, the notorious worldwide lyrical superstar behind the inescapable hit “September Song”, has already sold out shows at some of London’s most famous venues including The Village Underground, Koko, 02 Forum Kentish Town, 02 Shepherd’s Bush Empire and the aforementioned Roundhouse. Loving to share his original and authentic craft with other musicians worldwide, JP Cooper is not a hidden name when it comes to the top ten music charts. With collaborations from Bugzy Malone to Jonas Blue, JP has not failed to bring those tracks straight to the top, with his high energy sound and his infectious feel-good vibes. Finally releasing the stunningly raw visuals for “Sing With Me”, this duo emit a type of musical energy throughout their sound and visuals which cannot be replicated.

“Sing With Me” being the natural storyteller’s first release of 2019, this track is a harmonious love story filled with melodies and layers all building up to an explosive chorus which could heighten the mood of any room. A perfect soundtrack for a movie, summers night and filling the dancefloor with love birds, this power duo have released an infectious amount of love right through our airwaves just in time for summer romances. Today, JP unleashes the official video of the single, which features Astrid S and tells a tale of an old-fashioned near-missed love. A master songwriter and a singer with soulful brilliance collaborating on this beautiful visual is everything we love to see from JP.

Commenting on the track, JP notes “This video was a real joy to make, I love 90’s American indie films like Slacker, Rushmore and Napoleon Dynamite so the fact that it nods to that era, being a bit quirky and comical without it being silly, is great. We filmed it in Estonia with a brief for the location and the characters to all have a slightly Wez Anderson feel which I think the production company nailed.  From reading the first treatment from Callum (director) to the final edit I’ve loved the whole process, I’m usually quite nervous about making music videos but this is the first one of mine that I’ve watched back and smiled all the way through. I hope you enjoy watching it. ”
