Drake’s OVO imprint links up with Clarks originals, dropping a new take on the seminal Wallabee Lo.

Following in the footsteps of their 2018 collab, October’s Very Own (OVO) and Clarks Originals have come together once again, now offering a rework of the cult classic Wallabee Lo silhouette.

With a colour scheme dishing up a triple threat of neon-slime green, luminescent orange and a sleek black shade, the collab riffs off classic OVO elements through nuanced detailing and subtle modifications. In fact, the shoe itself features a debossed iteration of the OVO owl on the heel, with an identical emblem imprinted on the characteristic Clarks fob fixture that lingers just above the top eyelet.

Despite this though, the core essence of the shoe remains largely untampered with. Harking back to the essential Wallabee roots, premium-grade suede envelops the structure of the shoe in its entirety, stretching all the way from the ties to the body, which each model also donning the iconic Clarks bouncy, gum sole, laying bare the timeless spirit of the signature crepe.

Retailing at £168, the collection launches today and is being sold exclusively at octobersveryown.com as well as in all OVO boutiques and flagship stores.
