Babe, wake up! The first official trailer of Top Boy: Season 3 just dropped. Netflix’s award-winning show will be returning to our screens on September 7 for its final season.
All attention’s on Kane Robinson’s ‘Sully’ and Ashley Walter’s ‘Dushane’, as fans anxiously wait to see where their fate lies at the end of series three. The two-minute teaser fashions a sense of anarchy, as its main characters look tentatively at the streets and their place within them. It’s emotional viewing which, combined with the ending of season two, only adds suspense to the unbearable cliffhanger we’ve all wanted answers to for several years.
Netflix has also announced that Brian Eno is soundtracking the final series. ‘Top Boy (Score From the Original Series)’ will be released in various formats from September 7.
In other music-related Top Boy news, Little Simz and Dave are set to return and play their roles as Shelley and Modie, respectively. Araloyin Oshunremi, Jasmine Job, Hope Ikpoku Jr, Lisa Dawn, Theo Ogundipe and Saffron Hocking’s characters will all be appearing too.
