Find out what went down when Wray & Nephew threw a Carnival warm-up party at iconic Notting Hill barbershop, Mo Better Cutz.

Wray & Nephew and Mo Better Cutz teamed up to celebrate Notting Hill Carnival last week, offering guests free haircuts and nail art before the bank holiday weekend commenced.

Sharpening up customers for Europe’s largest street event, Trims ‘n’ Tings brought the energy with a side of Wray Rum Punch and big vibes from legendary soundsystem Saxon Sounds.

Carni is a time for celebration, promoting community and freedom of expression. Thanks to Trims ‘n’ Tings, preparation was made that bit easier for a selection of individuals, who signed up for tickets before the takeover took place.

Carnival regulars like Izzy Bossy, Alicai Harley, DJ Nate and Seani B could all be seen enjoying trims, funky nail designs and the free alcohol served up by Wray & Nephew over the two days. The OG Jamaican rum brand partnered with these artists beforehand to talk about their personal Carni prep routines and why the weekend is such a powerful one for Black Brits across the country.
