The incomparable Eugy pays homage to his Ghanaian roots with fellow 'Disturbing London' artist, Wavy The Creator, on his latest track "Hold Me Down".

Eugy’s second release this year comes in the form of “Hold Me Down” – an effortless amalgamation of Afrobeats and Eugy’s and Wavy’s tropical melodies.

 

With a Summer frame of mind, “Hold Me Down” is the perfect track to end your Summer on a high. The production brings waves crashing and birds of paradise with its euphoric island vibes and instantly addictive hook. Impressively, the cinematic visual created by none other than Meji Alabi is the first time artists were allowed to film inside Ghana’s National Theatre. The stunning visual world created by these artists has resulted in the of creation of African-futurism combined with Haute Couture.

 

Continuing his streak of impressive 60 millions streams on the global hit “Dance For Me” with Mr Eazi and his latest drop “LoLo” which has now amassed over 2.6 million streams worldwide, “Hold Me Down” is just a taster of what is yet to come from Eugy during the latter half of 2019.
