Powerhouses Anitta and Mimi Webb performed amongst the stellar lineup as Montreux Jazz Festival 2022 got underway in Switzerland this week.
Notion 90 cover star Mimi Webb and Latin pop artist Anitta hit the stage at the Montreux Jazz Festival this week. With John Legend & Yola playing the other stage, Auditorium Stravinski, on the same night, the 56th edition of the event got well and truly underway as crowds flocked to the Lake Geneva shoreline.
For Mimi’s first time in Switzerland, she ran through hits like Good Without and 24/5, as well as getting the crowd singing along to covers of ‘Stay’ by That Kid Leroi and Adele’s ‘Someone Like You’.
Anitta’s show comes as the artist tours Europe this summer, joined on stage by DJ KESH in front of a sold-out audience at Montreux Jazz Lab. The legendary Shania Twain even joined side-stage to watch the array of energetic dancers put on a breathtaking show.
